USE OF SERVICE

Stickypics website will access your device photo gallery to enable you select and upload your images on our website. This includes actions like selecting cropping and
Downloading the images this is to enable the processing of your Stickypics order.

We need access to your photo gallery to show you your pictures on the Stickypics website. We need this access so we can let you select, crop, and order your pics in our website. You accept to not uploading any copyright images you don’t own or any indecent images like pornographic images and the likes. You hereby agree to be of sound mind and have placed the order at your own volition

You can request to have your images deleted from our system. Please contact us via any of our contact information you can send an email to hello@stickypics.ng. please note that we will have to confirm that you have place the order so email ID should be same as the one you used in placing your order. Feel free to contact us if you have any queries concerning our Stickypics frames and we will get back to you in the soonest possible time

Stickypics Enterprise (Stickypics) allows users to upload images and/or pictures (“Images or Photos”) to our website in order to print those Images on Stickypics frames. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services of the Website. Stickypics Enterprise (‘’Stickypics’’) provides various Internet-based services through the Site (collectively, the “Service”). Such service enables you, by interacting with Stickypics by using the Site, to upload photos or other images (collectively, “Images”) and to customize size, layout, and other specifications of the Images (collectively, “Designs” and, together with the Images, “Content”) our (‘’Stickypics’’) product.

We (‘’Stickypics’’) are constantly changing and improving our Service. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop the Service altogether without giving you prior notice.

Use of the Services and access to the website is void where prohibited. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that (i) all information you submit is truthful and accurate; (ii) you are 18 years of age or older; (iii) have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to enter into these Terms, and have the ability to form a binding contract; (iv) your use of the website or Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation or any obligation you may have to a third party; (v) your use of the website and Services shall be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; (vi) you are solely responsible for obtaining the consent of the parent or guardian (“Parental Consent”) before transferring us any information, including images, of any children

Stickypics shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

In order to use the website, you will be required to provide certain information as may be requested by Stickypics. You are fully and solely responsible for the security of your computer system and/or mobile phone and/or other device and all of your activity on the website. We do not police for and cannot guarantee that we will learn of or prevent any inappropriate use of the website.

(iii) that you have the right to grant the License to Stickypics. You further represent and warrant to Stickypics that:
(iv) confirm that there are no claims, demands or any form of litigation, arbitration or investigation pending, or to the best of your knowledge, threatened with respect to any of your Content;
(v) Stickypics will not be required to make any payments to any third party in connection with its use of your Content, except for the expenses that Stickypics incurs in providing the Service;
(vi) the use of any instructions, formulae, recommendations, or the like contained in your Content will not cause injury to any third party; and
(vii) your Content does not contain viruses or any other programs or technology designed to disrupt or damage any software or hardware.

RIGHTS OF RESERVATION

Stickypics Enterprise reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to monitor transactions and communications that occur using the Service. If Stickypics determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you or another Stickypics user has breached or will breach a term or condition of these Terms and conditions or that such transaction or communication is inappropriate, Stickypics may cancel such transaction or take any other action to restrict access to the Site or restrict the availability of any material that may be considered objectionable, without any liability to you or any third party.
Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable law. If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law, then you are not authorized to use the Services. We are not responsible if you use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law.

You will retain ownership of the Content that you upload to or design on the Site, particularly any Images to which you have the copyright or a license that permits you to upload such Images to the Site and to use the Service. By uploading Images to the Site or creating Designs and Content, you grant the following licenses to Stickypics: a fully-paid up, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable right to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivatives works from, crop, or otherwise modify the Images and Designs.
You may remove Content at any time, and you retain all your copyright and other intellectual property rights, if any, in that Content. If you choose to remove Content, this will serve as a notice to Stickypics of your intention to terminate the licenses described in the above paragraph and those licenses will terminate immediately and automatically, except that Stickypics will fulfill all orders for Products that are in any way derived from that Content placed prior to notice of termination. In addition to uploading Content, the Site may provide you with the option to upload your User Feedback or Posted Information (as those terms are defined in the Terms of Use). You grant Stickypics wide-ranging rights to use, disclose, distribute, modify, display and distribute User Feedback, and hold that all Posted Information is publicly available to any viewer of the Site. If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Service, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.
